If a model has a Purchase All Media setting enabled, in their Videos or Pictures sections, you will see a bundled media item to buy all content made available for purchase. This allows you to purchase all media with one click, usually at a discounted rate. As long as you have not already purchased all of the model's media, you should be able to purchase all items not already owned using this feature, and view the content in your My Media Purchases tab.
