When you receive a Pending Item notification, it will appear in a yellow highlighted notification and be for one of the following features:
- A user has purchased access to your Snapchat. This article explains how to complete the sale.
- A user has made a custom media request (reminder: you are not obligated to accept custom media requests that make you uncomfortable - tokens will be returned to the user should you decline). This article explains the process.
- Another model has sent you a streaming partner request. This article explains how to link your accounts as partners.
You can access Pending Items under Settings & Privacy, below Model Actions on the sidebar menu.
