I cannot hear tip notifications - how can I fix it?

If you cannot hear your tip notifications, please take the following steps:

  • Locate and click on the tune icon at the top of *Chrome browser in the address bar, and select Site settings.
  • Scroll to Sound and switch it to Allow instead of Automatic.
  • Refresh the streaming page.

If the issue persists, please contact our Model Support team ([email protected]) for further assistance.

*We suggest using Chrome browser as it is fully optimized to work with CamSoda's broadcasting features.
