Promotion Period: During the period beginning at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT"), October 20, 2017, and ending at 11:59 p.m. EDT, October 22, 2017, (the "Promotion Period") Secure Live Media, LLC (“Sponsor”) will offer one prize of one thousand United States Dollars ($1,000.00) (the “Prize”) (collectively, the “Promotion”). Sponsor’s Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion Period and such time keeping device shall be the sole determinant as to whether or not an entry is timely received.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and non-employee workers of Sponsor, including, without limitation, contractors and affiliate advertisers, and/or any of Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, and agents’ employees or independent contractors as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such ineligible person are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: There are 2 ways to enter the Promotion:

1. Visit CamSodawin.com and follow the on-screen instructions to create a free account. Once you have followed the instructions, you will automatically receive the chance to win the Prize.
2. No Purchase Necessary: For a chance to win without any purchase, during the Promotion Period, mail a sheet of paper with your legal name, address, telephone number and email address as well as a statement (30 words or less) that you want to win the Prize on a sheet of paper inside a 4 1/8" x 9 ½ envelope to:

All entries must be sent first class mail, postage prepaid. Additionally, all mail entries must be handwritten and may not be typed. If your entry is not legible, your submission will be deemed ineligible and will be discarded. All mail entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

PRIZE DRAW: The Prize will be awarded based on a random drawing to be held within three (3) days of the end of the Promotion Period (the “Drawing”). Odds of being selected will be based upon the number of entries received. The selected entrant (the “Winner”) will be contacted by electronic mail, as and when a Prize is awarded and will be required to provide photo identification proving each such Selected Entrant is over the age of twenty-one (21) and a resident as required. The required identification must be received within seven (7) days of Sponsor initiating the email informing the Winner that his/her entry has been randomly selected. If the Winner cannot be contacted by electronic mail, such Winner will be disqualified and no other entrant will be selected. The Sponsor will not be responsible for its inability to contact a Selected Entrant nor for any Selected Entrant’s failure or inability to respond as provided.

In the event that the Winner does accept all or any portion of the Prize, fails to respond as required herein or turns out to be ineligible, there will be no extension, transfer, substitution or any kind of compensation provided.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and may only be transferred with the consent of Sponsor, which Sponsor may withhold for any reason or no reason, and has no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that the Prize or any component of the Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason other than an winner not being eligible, to substitute another prize or component of a prize of equal or greater value, without liability.

GENERAL: In order to participate, the entrant must first correctly follow how to enter otherwise the entry will be invalid. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to abide by the Promotion rules and the decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Promotion, which are final.

NO RESPONSIBILITY: The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from the Promotion or any Prize. By entering, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state/province country), without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: The Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, garbled, corrupted, damaged, lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete Entries, whether due to system errors, human errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications, or other types of malfunctions or interferences, and/or for online entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer, typographical or system or human errors and failures, or faulty transmissions, or as a result of any other error or problem of any kind relating to or in connection with this contest, whether technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the collection and processing of any or all entries, the announcement of the Winner or Prize or in any contest-related materials. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning the Prize if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, Sponsor determines that such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor's representatives. If for any reason any portion of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and select the potential winners from those eligible entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY CONTEST-RELATED WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

You agree, on your own behalf, and on behalf of your heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“RELEASING PARTIES”), hereby release, and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, those working on its behalf, and all other businesses involved in this Promotion, as well as each of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives, successors and assigns (“RELEASED PARTIES”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, including for injury and death, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against RELEASED PARTIES which any one or more of the RELEASING PARTIES ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, which may in any way arise out of or relate to your participation in this Promotion or the awarding, acceptance and use or misuse of the Prize.

All entries become the permanent property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. This Promotion is subject to all applicable Federal, State and Local laws.
