This is my time: to take a break from the day, to breathe, to put on something calm, and just be in silence. Sometimes it’s about taking care of myself; sometimes I just sit and stare at one point. And you know, it works. I recorded this evening for you. Not to show you something, but so that you, too, can slow down for a couple of minutes with me. Stay until the end — that’s when the calmest situations is. And if you want, tell me what your ideal evening looks like. I’m really curious to peek into your routine too'.
