Roxanne Barcelo, also known as Roxee B, is a Filipino-American actress, model, and singer. Born on January 20, 1985, in Arlington, Virginia, she gained prominence in the Philippines for her television roles, including appearances on 'Amaya' and 'Wildflower'.

Barcelo began her career at a young age, winning a singing contest at eight and hosting a kids' show on ESPN. She is also known for her participation in ABS-CBN's 'Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition' in 2006.
