David Laid, also known as 'davidsix', is an Estonian-American fitness influencer, YouTuber, and fitness model. He gained popularity through his transformation videos on YouTube, showcasing his physical changes starting at the age of 14 due to weightlifting.

Laid has also been involved in the fitness industry as a trainee of bodybuilding coach Elliott Atwell, who was later sentenced to 20 years in federal prison in 2025 for manipulating underage clients.
